Rules are subject to change:

	Registration starts at 9am Saturday, July 4.
	Participants will be required to sign a participation liability release and a photo use release.
	All participants must be registered at the scuba concession prior to participation.
	All divers and snorkelers must fill out a dive permit envelope and pay for diving on the days they participate.
	Divers may submit as many photos as they wish in each category but the entry fee is $2 per photo submitted.
	Non divers may participate in the contest.
	Photos may be enhanced using a "photo shop" type program but must be submitted ready to show.
	All photos must be taken on July 4  at the quarry or on White Star Park Property and submitted by 3pm on July 4.
	Judges decisions will be final.
